AEROFLEX closed cell tube and sheet insulation is a flexible and lightweight elastomeric material developed to insulate liquid cooling and heating pipes. Aeroflex's closed-cell structure has several advantages over conventional rigid insulations, including:

1. Moisture and vapor resistance without the use of extra vapor barriers.
2. Thermal conductivity (K. value/value) that remains stable throughout the service life due to its dense surface skin and closed cell features (K-Value ≤ 0.033 W/mK at 0 Celcius Degree)
3. Outstanding UV and weather resistance.
4.Wide working temperature range: -57oC to +125oC.
5. Fireproof: AEROFLEX has been certified to conform (or even better) to the world's fire standards such as ASTM E84, UL94, JIS K 6911, EMPA, IMO A653... When burned, AEROFLEX generates a lot of fire. Less smoke, no melting, and dripping have the effect of preventing fire spread.
6. The density is at an ideal level, from 40 - 80kg/m3 due to the closed-cell structure containing N2 gas inside, moisture-proof, anti-water absorption.
7. Does not cause oxidation of copper pipes: with non-polar bonds, no decomposition in water, and high resistance to water vapor condensation, AEROFLEX insulation does not cause oxidation of copper pipes.

TUBE INSULATION

Aeroflex Tube Insulation Standard Product is available from 6mm ID upto 273mm ID with thickness from 6mm upto 100mm.

SELF-ADHESIVE TAPE AND PROTAPE COVER

Aeroflex insulation with self-adhesive tape and Protape cover, providing fast and easy installation, time and cost-saving, volatile chemical-free without the use of adhesive, and extra protection.

STANDARD SHEET

The standard sheet is available in 0.5m x 2.0m (MS1) and 1.0m x 2.0m (MS2) with the wall thickness from 3 mm up to 50 mm.

SHEET WITH ADHESIVE AND ALUMINUM FOIL LAMINATION

Lightweight insulation installed on air ducts to prevent condensation, save energy and reduce noise.

The high water vapor resistance and good weathering properties of AEROSEAL can prevent water or moisture from penetrating through the joining points. AEROBOND is a modified Polychloroprene Contact Adhesive specially formulated for attaching elastomeric foam insulation (such as Aeroflex & Aerocel) and fiberglass insulation onto metal sheets used in air ducting system. The strong bonding strength of Aerobond can easily hold up 4 kgs./m2 of insulation materials onto metal sheets at temperature of up to 93°C.

AEROCOAT is a water based paint formulated with selected pure acrylic emulsion mixed with other special chemicals. Excellent for coating especially onto Aeroflex Insulation surfaces giving greater protection against ultraviolet rays or other adverse weathering conditions. Having elongation properties of more than 400% and with good adhesion promotor, AEROCOAT can stay very firmly and permanently to the coated surface without any problems of peeling .

ESCOTAPE is an elastomeric closed cell self-adhesive gasket foam tape for cooling and heating air duct joint connections to prevent air leakage, reduce vibration and noise, serves as thermal insulation to prevent condensation and heat transfer.
